ATHFLEX PRIVATE LIMITED, a Athflex incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at 8, SARANG APARTMENT, MANIASA SOCIETY, MANINAGAR (EAST), AHMEDABAD – 380008, GUJARAT, INDIA (“ATHFLEX”) is a sports clothing brand Athflex which offers a variety of clothing line for various Sports and Athletics, including through its website www.athflex.comvarious online athletic lifestyle , which among other things facilitates the sale and purchase of sports merchandise(“Products”) by users of the Platforms (“Users”).

What is Privacy Policy

A privacy policy is a statement or a legal document (in privacy law) that discloses some or all of the ways a party gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a customer or client’s data. It fulfills a legal requirement to protect a customer or client’s privacy. The privacy policy together with terms and conditions provided describes ATHFLEX’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of the information provided by Users and Visitors of the Platforms. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

User Discretion
