It is weird how things can get passed on from person to person. You hear things which doesn’t necessarily come from reliable sources but you end up thinking that it is the right thing because you hear multiple people saying it, especially people who have no personal experience in the matter. The biggest stereotypes that run about a fit lifestyle are mostly like “You put on weight way too easily if you stop working out” “Fasting doesn’t work” “Body weight training doesn’t work at all” “Running everyday without following a diet will make you lose weight”. We have heard our share of these. They’re either misconceptions or partial informations, but either way they just end up discouraging people. The point to think about over here is that all the people who are into this way of life always follow some or the other of these and they do it religiously. Then how come we hear negative things about all of it.
Maybe it is a confused space or maybe it is criticism by people who haven’t necessarily tried anything but we’d like to suggest you this: before rejecting any idea or way, try it once, because with the right approach and right information every choice can turn out to be correct. And you never know when you end up changing your life around. But you will never experience something wonderful till you take that leap of faith. So, the next time before dismissing an idea, give it one personal shot. Things might just work out for you!
