We may have removed the item due to being out of stock so please check your emails, as we will have notified you. Your items may have been sent in separate parcels, you will be notified by email if this is the case. All missing item claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.
If you are not at home when your shipment is due to be delivered, it may be left in a safe place which will be advised by you. If there is no suitable place for the delivery, the courier will call you and you could rearrange the delivery of your parcel. If you haven’t received the parcel, please contact the courier with your tracking number to rearrange delivery.
Once you have placed your order through the website, for your own security we are unable to change the address for. If there is a failed delivery, the courier will call you before delivering your item so that you can rearrange delivery directly with them.
If your tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it. Please first check with any surrounding neighbors for anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf. If you had your Athflex order delivered to a work place, please check with all employees who may have accepted the parcel. Couriers may update the tracking as delivered prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you’re still unable to locate your order, get in touch with us and we’ll open an investigation with the courier and do our best to help out. Note: All lost parcel claims must be made within 20 days of the delivery date.

Order status success means your order has been packed from the warehouse and it is going to be shipped to reach you. You will receive your shipping confirmation shortly after verifying your tracking information.

You have placed your order but have not received a confirmation mail and the money has been debited from the account. Has the order been successful? Don’t worry, this usually means the email you used to place the order may have been misspelled or the email might have gone to the promotional inbox. Check all inboxes of your email account. Send an email to locate your order. We simply need the full name and the delivery address used to place the order.
We are pretty fast at getting your order delivered to your doorsteps. We will be unable to make any changes to your order once placed. The order includes; item, address and payment changes.
If the shipment delivered and damaged upon delivery, please keep a photographic evidence of the parcel arrived. All claims of the damaged parcels must be done within 8 days of delivery date. Unless the proof of damage has been verified by us , we cannot process a refund, credit or exchange. If a sale is on, we would always clearly state the start period and the end period of the sale. After the sale ends, the item will be sold on the original price, and in that case we cannot amend or change the item price as sale price is not applicable at that point of time. Sale is tempting, but you have to change that temptation to creation.

The return of your item totally depends on the service used. It can take upto 10-15 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for the product to be delivered and processed. We will shoot you a mail as a notification once the return is processed.
The Return Method You can return the product within 8 days after the product has arrived at the consignee’s address. Your product must be unused and in the same condition as you have received it. There should also be the original packaging and tags. We also will need a receipt of purchase which is the invoice you have received from the order. The Refund Method Once the return is received the product will be inspected. We will send you an email to notify that we have received the product. We will also be notifying you about the approval or rejection of refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and it will be credited to your account within couple days.
