We're committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Here's our updated return & exchange policy to guide you:

Important: Sale products, including those from the B1G1 sale, are not eligible for exchange or return.

Eligibility:

• Sale Tag Orders: Not eligible for return or exchange.
• Exchange: Free for the first Order.
• Returns: INR 150/-(Logistics Fee) Charged if refunded to source/Account for first order.
• Returns: Free if taken as Store Credit 
• Products Below INR 699/-: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Refund to source will be take 7-12 working days to reflected in your account.

Exchange and Return Fees: A second exchange will be charged at ₹100 & Return Refunds are only offered for wrong size, color, or defective products. Store credit of the same amount will be provided.

Exchange Pricing Policy:

• Same Pricing or Above: Exchange is possible only for products of the same price or higher. We don't do exchanges for products priced below the original item.

Timeline:

• Return & Exchange Window: 7 days from the delivery date.
• Post 7 Days: Returns & exchanges are not applicable.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

• Unused Items: Must have intact tags and original packaging.
• Used or Tag-Detached Items: Not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Process:

• Application: Apply here for Return/exchange - (https://athflex.com/apps/ecoreturns)
• Refunds: Provided as store credits for Cod, except for wrong size/damaged deliveries, where the refund will be processed to the original source.
• Discount Deductions: Refunds will have deductions for discounts and codes applied.

COD Orders:

• Refunds: Preferably as store credits for future orders. 
• Sale Products: Not returnable/exchangeable.
• Shipping Costs: Deducted from refunds.

Delivery & Refund:

• Pickup & Warehouse: Returns reach our warehouse within 5-7 working days post-pickup.
• Approval/Rejection: Communicated via call/Whatsapp 
• Refund Processing: Within 7-10 working days to Athflex Store Credit/Source of payment/Bank account (if applicable).
