Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products purchased on sale, including Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1) offers

    Note: Sale products are not eligible for returns, but may be exchanged for size or color as available.

  • Products priced below ₹699

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

First Order:

  • Exchange: Free of charge

  • Return:

    • Store Credit – Free

    • Refund to Bank – ₹150 processing fee

Second Exchange:

  • A handling fee of ₹100 applies

Refunds

  • Wrong Size / Color / Defective Product: Full refund issued to the original payment method.

  • Other Reasons: Refunds are processed as store credit.

Processing Time: 7–12 working days from the date of return approval.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are available only for the same product or for another product of equal or higher value.

  • Sale products can only be exchanged (not returned).

Application Timeline

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn

  • Tags must remain intact

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit (exceptions apply for damaged or incorrect items).

  • Shipping costs are deducted from the refundable amount.
