Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility:
- Sale tag orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchange is applicable, with a handling charge of Rs.100.
- Each product is eligible for a single exchange only.
- Returns are applicable for damaged, wrong product, or wrong size deliveries.
- Products below INR 699/- are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Timeline:
- Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Post 7 days, returns & exchanges are not applicable.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- Items must be unused, with intact tags and original packaging.
- Used or tag-detached items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- Handling charge of Rs.120/- applies to return orders.
- Wrong product return: Ensure correct product return to avoid non-eligibility.

Process:
- Apply for return/exchange on the website before shipping.
- Refunds are as store credits, except for wrong size/damaged deliveries.
- Refunds to original source take 7-10 working days.

COD Orders:
- COD refunds are in store credits for future orders.
- Sale products are not returnable/exchangeable.
- Shipping costs for returns are deducted from refunds.

Delivery & Refund:
- Once picked up, returns reach our warehouse in 5-7 working days.
- Refund approval/rejection is communicated via call.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to Athflex Store Credit/Source of payment/Bank account (if applicable).
