Going out while on a weight loss diet
The worst part of being on a diet is attending those family dinners at restaurants or going out with friends at some cafe, where you see everyone eating things you can’t eat. Have a lot of water at home and on the way.
Always order items which fall into your calorie count, like salads, lentils, etc. They are lesser in calories and are easily found everywhere.
Go for drinks which has no sugar. A salted fresh lime soda or a Diet Coke will make you maintain your calorie count also it will make you eat less.
If things are pre ordered, have only vegetables and lentils. Avoid eating maida, breads, rice, etc.
Drink a lot of water at the end so that you feel full and aren’t tempted to eat more.
