Repeated items on the menu!
The worst part about dieting for weight gain or weight loss is the fact that you’re supposed to be eating the same menu over and over again. It’s all counted and healthy and maybe for once you even learn to like it but the monotony will never run out. Healthy items comes in limited numbers. The more you try to alter, the more you will have to adjust with the macros and the time you’re gonna take to make it. It can get a little boring but there is a way to work around it. The boredom from food comes from your mind, not your taste buds. For the body, food is basically an energy source, nothing more. You keep hearing people say that you should try new recipes but not all of us are chefs, changing the menu can be a tough shot when you have to look at the total macrons plus the taste. What we suggest is do neither, focus on why are you doing it and how far you’ve come. Whenever you feel like cheating or changing your diet look in the mirror and see the changes that have happened so far. Would you want to go backwards? Would you want to give up in the middle?
Progress is a really good motivator, it’ll make you go on, it will show you why you should go on and this motivator is always there with you. So use it in the right way. The same menu won’t even matter after that.
